Accepted Methods of Payment
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. “MIRAXSUPPLE” will appear on your Credit Card Statement. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.
PayPal
If you wish to not pay with a credit card, you have the option to use an existing PayPal account or to create a new PayPal account.
Interac
Interac e-Transfer is a simple, convenient, and secure way to send and receive money directly from one bank account to another. All you need is access to online or mobile banking through a participating financial institution, and you can send money to anyone with an email address or mobile phone number and a bank account in Canada - without sharing any personal financial information. It is a great alternative to cheques and cash.
After you have completed your order with us, the next step will be to initiate a Interac Email Money Transfer using your Bank's online banking website.
When you send payment this way, a challenge question and answer is required for us to accept the money transfer. After clicking on the "I confirm my order" button on the payment section, your Challenge Question and Answer will be automatically generated and emailed to you. The email will also contain further instructions to help you complete the transaction.
Tips:
EXACT spelling is important. We recommend that you copy and paste the Challenge Answer from the email to your online banking website when doing the money transfer to avoid any typos. Any delays in our ability to receive payment will delay shipment of your order.

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Order Tracking
All shipping options will be provided with a tracking number. Canada Post will require a signature at delivery to ensure parcel are not left unattended outside your domicile. A notice card will be left indicating where item can be picked up if nobody is at home at delivery time. No signature is required for FedEx shipping options. We will update your order with the tracking information when it becomes available.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, the dimension of the box used and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Free Shipping on orders over $150 to anywhere in Canada via Canada Post Expedited.
Cold weather shipping issues
Important notice to customers from Canada's Central & Western Provinces.
During the cold winter months, we can no longer ship to provinces west of Quebec if your chosen shipping method takes more than 3 days to arrive at your location. Please choose Canada Post Xpresspost, Canada Post Priority or FedEx if you are west of Quebec province. We had several shipments that arrived at their destination with broken bottles due to freezing.
Our colloidal silver might be damaged if the liquid freezes completely solid with no liquid remaining unfrozen. In order to be able to ship our products during the winter months, we must restrict the shipping methods to assure it takes 3 days or less to arrive at your location. While it may not be freezing temperatures where you are located, the product may transit colder parts of the country on the way to you.
In some cases packages cannot be shipped on Friday because the packages would freeze in unheated trucks or warehouses over the weekend. So while the shipping is specified as 1 Day or 2 Day, the package may be held until Monday so that the product is not kept in the cold over the weekend. For this reason, selected shipping method will not necessarily arrive according to the normal business day counts. Also, all our shipments required a signature once arrived at their destination to assure that the package is not left outside in the cold unattended.
In addition we must pack our products a special way to help prevent freezing damage. Should ice be found in the bottles, the products will most likely return to normal once the product thaws. Once the colloidal silver is at room temperature, check the color of the solution by pouring a small quantity in a white cup or plate to see if it is clear as water. If this is the case, then the product is OK.
Back Orders
If an item becomes out of stock, the caption “This product is no longer in stock" will appear in a red box on the product page of that particular item. The “Add to Cart” button will also be disabled.
